Our wagons can hold 30 adults or about 35 adults and children.
What happens if the weather is questionable?
We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you choose to cancel or reschedule your event. Highland Orchards Inc. reserves the right to cancel an event if conditions at the orchard are unfavorable.
Where do we park before our event?
Your group may park in the parking area by the market. Please have your group arrive 15 minutes before the event. We are not able to wait for late arrivals. Our campfire area is accessible by wagon only.
What should we bring for our event?
Your group may want to enjoy come donuts and cider during your event. Please bring cups, napkins and a trash bag. Your group is welcome to bring roasting sticks, hot dogs and marshmallows! You may want to bring a few blankets to snuggle up under on a brisk evening and a guitar. A flashlight may be useful.
Are there rules we should be aware of?
We ask that the contact person is responsible for making all participants aware of the Hayride Rules. The wagon cannot leave the parking lot if overloaded. Excessive rowdiness and unsafe behavior on the wagon or at the campfire site will not be tolerated. For everyone’s safety we ask that there is no smoking in or near the wagon.
